OWHC Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up of up to eight Mayors. It is elected by the General Assembly and meets at least once a year. The current Board of Directors’ President is Mr. Régis Labeaume, Mayor of Québec City, and successor of Mr. Jean-Paul L’Allier, first President and Founder of the OWHC.
