The Focus Groups aims at synthesising the contributions acquired during the activities of the Quebec Roadmap and the Cordoba Path  structured on the following two central pillars:

• The Reference Framework, which articulates the shared Narrative underpinning the New Urban Project; anchoring cities around a common political vision, a sense of urgency to act differently, and a collective commitment to regenerating the habitability of historic centers.
• The Operational Framework, which defines the critical Success Factors cities need to adopt to ensure the realization of the New Urban Project, proposes a Strategic Approach setting the stage for a “new generation” of Structuring Projects combined with appropriate financing models.
