The General Secretariat of the OWHC invites all representatives of member cities to join Ms. Susan Melissa Vásquez Pérez, Councilor of Morelia, for the presentation of their Priority Thematic “Protected buildings in a state of abandonment” and Mr. Iván Abril Mogrovejo, Urban councilman of Cuenca, for the presentation of their Priority Thematic “Irregular architectural interventions that diminish the heritage values” as part of the first step of the Québec Roadmap.

The Round Table 6, with a maximum duration of 1 hour, will be held virtually on March 5, 2024, at 11 a.m. EST/10 a.m. CST/5 p.m. CET, and will be structured as follows:

• Welcome regards by OWHC Deputy Secretary General Ms. Andréanne Charest
• Introduction by the OWHC Secretary General, Mr. Mikhaël De Thyse
• Presentation of the Priority Thematic “Protected buildings in a state of abandonment” by the Councilor of Morelia, Susan Melissa Vásquez Pérez (max 15min)
• Presentation of the Priority Thematic “Irregular architectural interventions that diminish the heritage values” by the Urban councilman of Cuenca, Mr. Iván Abril Mogrovejo (max 15min)
• Conclusion by the OWHC Secretary General, Mr. Mikhaël De Thyse

Please note that simultaneous interpretation will be offered in the three working languages of the OWHC: English, French and Spanish.
