Virtual Ceremony – Video Competition and 30^th Anniversary

Dear OWHC members,

On 19 December 2023, you are cordially invited to join us for the Virtual Ceremony to announce the winners of the OWHC’s 2023 Video Competition, under the theme “Heritage and Quality of Life”. It will also be an opportunity to mark together the 30^th Anniversary of the OWHC, by recalling the important events that have shaped the Organization over the past 30 years and led it to propose an ambitious and original new program for its member cities.

The ceremony will take place on Zoom at 8 a.m. Quebec time (2 p.m. Paris time, 10 p.m. Seoul time), and will last approximately 30 minutes. Simultaneous translation will be available in French, English and Spanish.
