Step 1: Is my city a member "in good-standing" for the current year? In other words, does my municipal administration has payed its membership fee to the OWHC?

Step 2: I download the form to submit my project.

Step 3: I fill out the form.

I send the form with all the attached documents at the email address of the General Secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4: I get an acknowledgement of receipt summarizing the submitted documents.
Step 5: My project is then transcribed under the form of a standard fact sheet that will then be added to the projects database available on the website of the OWHC.
